We are seeking a Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll and accounting functions. In this position you will oversee the company’s end to end bookkeeping & payroll.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced bookkeeper with 2-3 years hands on experience in Priority Zoom.

Our offices are located in Ness-Ziona

Responsibilities

  • Daily bank reconciliations.
  • AR process- Issue invoices and receipts to customers, AR aging, collection.
  • Recording suppliers’ invoices, Process local and foreign vendors payments including setting up payments orders in the bank or create payments file in ‘Massav’.
  • Monthly credit card reconciliation.
  • Comply with local mandatory government reporting requirements (VAT, Tax Advances, 102 Monthly report, yearly report-126 and 856).
  • Processing payroll information and salaries preparation
  • Processing travel reports
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
  • Reviewing and approving reimbursement expense reports according to company policy
  • Registration of fixed assets and rollforward.
  • Prepare prepaid and account payable.
  • Manage the P&L accounts
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Preparing material for audits
  • Support in ad- hoc tasks and additional process required, including support in implementation of new process

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-3 years hands on experience in Priority Zoom
  • 2-3 years work experience as a bookkeeper in a global Company
  • 2-3 years experience with payroll calculation and preparation
  • Bookkeeping diploma level 3
  • Ability to work independently and according to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, team player and service-oriented
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details, high sense of responsibility
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High-level English skills

Job description and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a savvy polished quota-carrying territory sales rep. to manage all activities in a territory of the North America region and generate revenue by selling NRGene software solutions to new and existing customers.

This position will be responsible to all activities and specifically drive revenue in a given territory in the North America region. You will have the opportunity to prospect within your territory; follow up with incoming leads and proactively contact customers to sell additional products. You will also have the opportunity to negotiate quotes and establish legal agreements. The position will work with a growing team based in our San Diego, CA office. Travel throughout North America is a key component of the role for meeting with potential clients, following up with customers, and attending key conferences.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • BSc in Computational Biology / Bioinformatics / Biology/ Life Sciences/ Medicine
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role as B2B software sales / Life Science sales functions.
  • Fluent in English
  • Available for frequent travel throughout North America region
  • Fast learner, creative and able to work in a highly dynamic environment

Job description and Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the software team, your primary focus will be to build great stuff! And of course help others to do the same.
  • As an integral and central player in our software development team, you’ll be expected to take part in all key design discussions pertaining to the basic aspects of our products: choice of frameworks, hardware, tooling, cost analysis, risk analysis, security, cloud orchestration and site reliability.
  • As such, you’ll be expected both to contribute to and learn from other engineers of the software team – our software engineers are open, self-motivated and enjoy learning and teaching new stuff to others.

Professional Requirements:

  • BSc in CS or equivalent – we require all software engineers to possess solid understanding of basic CS: algorithms, OOP, architecture.
  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. Fluent in both reading and writing code – in several languages and technologies (scripting, system, managed).
  • Understanding of modern deployment and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes / Mesos / Docker), experience and knowledge of cloud computing (AWS in particular).
  • Experience with Hadoop / Spark – an advantage.
  • Excellent coding skills, with an appreciation for elegant and clean code.
  • Good understanding of modern hardware, Linux, the JVM, networking and storage.
  • Experience in designing and architecting distributed systems (SOA, micro-services, domain-driven design) – an advantage.
