About this position:

The Marketing Manager will be part of our brand voice, increase brand awareness and develop creative messaging strategies to promote the company’s vision and products. She/He will develop ideas to improve communication between the brand and its existing and potential companies. The right candidate will support the overall marketing efforts as part of the Go-To-Market team and work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and willingness to adapt according to the situation.

We are looking for a team player with a dynamic personality that is able to work within a global multicultural team.

Currently, this is a replacement job for maternity leave, but there may be the possibility for a full-time position in the future

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management and execution of digital marketing campaigns on various platforms, including follow-up of execution, optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Develop marketing channels (online and offline) to maintain and grow the company’s presence.
  • Managing companies’ conferences and events.
  • Content and tools creation (presentations, videos, whitepapers, etc.) to increase awareness and support the sales lifecycle.
  • Grow and strengthen the company’s presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook).
  • Maintenance and update of the company’s websites.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in marketing/life science/business – a must
  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience – a must
  • Fluent English – a must
  • Previous experience in copywriting and content writing – a must
  • Experience in the field of Life science/bioinformatics – an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creative, innovative, motivated, data-driven quick-learner and detail-oriented.
  • A team-player with the ability for self-management, proven multitasking capabilities, with the potential to assess situations,
    change direction quickly if needed and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience with graphic design software – an advantage
  • Tech savvy with strong command of Office (Power Point, Excel), Mailchimp and Salesforce handling.
