The office assistant will be responsible for handling the daily administrative operations in our office.
The role includes undertaking a variety of office support tasks and performing other general office errands. This person should have remarkable communication skills, a high degree of attention to detail and should be able to work diligently under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls and other communications, as well as managing filing system
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Organizing travel by booking accommodations and other reservations needs as required
Setting and coordinating face-to-face and virtual local and international meetings
Coordinating events as necessary
Creating, maintaining, and updating information into databases.
Skills and Experience
High school diploma or associated degree.
Experience as an office assistant.
Strong writing abilities.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to set priorities and manage time as well as the ability to work well under limited supervision.
Highly proficient with Office tools (excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Have a valid driver license.
