Duties and Responsibilities
Generating and nurturing leads using different search tools, methods and marketing channels.
Research the target market and its segments to identify the key players and help the sales team to connect with them.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools.
Own lead qualification activities, including sending initial email communications, establishing lead status and coordinating initial meetings with Sales managers.
Manage data within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and documented.
Generate and analyze source quality, sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Assist with events/meetings logistics
Occasionally assist the Head of Operations with necessary office and clerical tasks (meeting minutes, reports etc.)
Skills and Experience
1-3 years relevant lead generation experience in B2B, preferably in the Agriculture or biotech sectors.
Prior sales experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with leads, existing customers, and other company stakeholders via various communication mediums
Self-motivated and independent, gets things done
Hands-on person with a high degree of flexibility and multitasking
Ability to work well under tight timelines.
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Tech savvy and experienced with Salesforce – preferred.
